Delivery

We use several couriers to deliver our parts. We always aim to deliver for the next day subject to stock and time order received except Saturday and Sunday. All deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure that you can sign for the parcel between 8.30 am to 6.00pm . Before accepting delivery please check item is in good condition. Once signed for our couriers accept no liability for any potential damage caused in transit. By accepting the goods you are signing to say that they have been received in good condition. Any refused deliveries will be checked upon there return and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee if they are found not to be faulty or damaged. Re delivery charges may also apply. Any orders received after 1pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. Please do not authorise  work on your vehicle until the parts have been received. accept no liability for any costs incurred as a result of non or delayed delivery.

The standard delivery charge of £7.50 is strictly for internet orders and for UK mainland only. Please note: Standard courier charges apply to England, Wales and parts of Scotland.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands, off-shore islands (including the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man), Northern Ireland & Channel Islands are all subject to seperate  delivery charges.

Postcodes included in this service are all BT, all AB, DD7-11, FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, JE, all IM, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27 & 28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20- PA48, PA-60-PA78, PH18-26, PH30-44, ZE1-3).

We also deliver to EU and Non EU countries, USA & Canada. World Wide deliveries can be arranged upon request.

Returns procedure

DISCOUNT COOLING must be informed by email of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.

You will be issued with a returns number which must be quoted on all correspondence.

All returns must include a completed returns form.

All returned items must be in original packaging, accompanied with the original invoice and have all relevant paperwork enclosed including the returns number. Any items sent back to us must not have any writing on the outer box or packaging. Our returns address must be written onto a plain piece of paper and attached with tape in order for the product to be eligible for refund. Failure to include this information and comply with the requirements will delay a possible refund.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

• Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.
• Under the distance selling regulations any orders cancelled within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods) will be credited in full less any initial postage costs. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled or returned after this period; will be subject to a 20% restocking and administration charge.
• Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
• All parts being returned for credit must be in a saleable condition (please see above re return packaging). Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, if any grease/ lubricant have been applied or if the packaging has been damaged.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund where any of this conditions have not been met
• No warranty labour claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned.
• No liability for any work / labour costs incurred due to incorrect ordering or delays in delivery.
• Any items made or supplied to special order requirements are not eligible for return.
